What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery methods including Standard Shipping for small items and our Premium In-Home Delivery service for larger furniture pieces, which includes assembly and placement in your room of choice.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in new condition. Please note that items delivered via In-Home Delivery must be inspected at the time of arrival, as returns for these items are generally only accepted for manufacturing defects.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we provide various flexible financing options through the Ashley Homestore Credit Card and other third-party providers, allowing you to pay for your furniture over time with monthly installments.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the 'Order Status' tool on our website by entering your order number and phone number.
Is there a warranty on the furniture?
Most of our products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship. The duration and specifics vary by product category, such as upholstery, frames, and mattress sets.
Can I cancel or change my order?
